By preparing fried pork chops, these chops are cooked with the same oil that sprouts from the pork when placed on the candle.

These are the pork chops, these chops were washed with vinegar water.

Here I show how to separate the parts of the cutlet, I do this because in particular I like to separate the part that has the most fat, to place it on the bottom in the rack.

When they are placed in the lamb, salt, oregan and some bay leaves are added that will give it a special smell and flavor. We put water and cover the lamb.

The chops while boiling will release a lot of fat, which will turn into oil with which they will be fried, there will be no need to add oil. Look how they creak in the mutton.
