Most people spend the whole week working and at times stressed up in the course forgetting the need of exercising.
Exercise as a great role to play in our health and well-being so for that need i dedicated my Saturdays morning hours for exercise.

Exercising in group gives motivation never to quit yet even though you are tired so i really recommend group fitness work out
Exercise has various benefits to health and and our daily activities even with the brain
Don't need to mention the benefits .I did many exercises possible but the one i did most is squatting, jogging and sit ups.
As a lover of football i did most of the jogging so that i will build my energy level and build my stamina
