Would A New Hive App Benefit From Leasing A Massive Amount Of HP And Curating Its Users With That?

Quello is a new Hive app released a little over a month ago. It's like Musing but with all the content being posted to the blockchain instead of the answer comments being just placeholders containing a link to content on private servers. Quello has a Community you can use to answer and ask questions, too, if you don't want to use the quello.io website.

There does not seem to be too much in the way of content, yet. I remember Musing getting a huge million SP delegation from Steemit that really attracted users. Now that curation rewards are 50% of the content rewards, do you think it would make sense for Quello to lease hundreds of thousands to millions of Hive Power and start curating the best questions and answers? Would it make financial sense for the app owners? How would you feel about it if the leased stake was only used to upvote questions and answers that had @quello as a beneficiary at a percentage just enough to cover the cost of the lease if it exceeded the curation rewards?
