I noticed whenever it stops raining there is this thing that develops on the road surface looking like a rainbow but a rainbow is up in the sky. Let me know please and how does this formed?

Those ''rainbows'' on roads come from oils from cars and light reflection + refraction at the same time. Here's an article I found on ScienceABC that explains this phenomenon a bit better.

Lol you will mostly see that on road surfaces where cars travel, so you have some oil particles, heat and cooling reaction should be taking place. It is basically a chemical reaction I would say.
