BoyCharlieFamily DCity Collective Report: BEER Purchasing, Further Grant Planning and NCB Income Reporting
I, Mayor BoyCharliePlays am having so much fun operating this collective to service the @dcitygame community. I am inspired by projects like the @archonapp or @brofund to create what I would like to call "little man" projects. These projects aim to boost the economy of the everyday user. I want to inspire readers of the Collective Reporting to go all out with @dcitygame planning. Make your city and financial planning as creative as you want to. Make a long term plan that will boost SIM income for yourself and for all.
The BoyCharlieFamily DCity Collective serves the @dcitygame community by providing gameplay information and drafting economic systems for consideration. Already as Mayor I have drafted ways for these accounts to delay and bolster the tokens entering and leaving the economy. Proposing "named collective business"(NCB) contracts that move SIM income with purposes for the collective has been huge for the collective's promotion. By informing the public of my intentions with funding I hope to build more trust and support in my posts. Collective Grant Planning
Tokens are generated from @boycharliefamily and placed in reserve for this project. The 2 week grace period allows the city to generate the income necessary. By next Tuesday with the current city performance, we will be able to host all of the grants fully. Should we run into issues raising full funding we will be using the power down funding from @boycharlieplays.

Named Collective Business
On January 31,2021 I began an effort to use the income from my @dcitygame accounts to better the smaller accounts. Already the first DCity grant has awarded 10,000 SIM to three accounts. We will continually award 10,000 SIM tokens for 5 Grant periods leading into April 4, 2021.
The first city reviving itself through NCBs is @onestrong. @boycharliefamily city is hosting "Bank #188093" and contracting a transfer daily with the full contracted income from the NFT. This full contracted income(FCI) is promised to @onestrong without crime or tax reduction for 7 days. At the end of the contract Mayor @boycharlieplays will be discussing in a blog about moving the @onestrong bank permanently into the city walls or continue to raise the funding for another 7 days.

Contract Overview
The draft for the @onestrong bank came about as a plan by Mayor @boycharlieplays to revive the @onestrong city. This bank contract also serves as a draft of the Named Collective Business experiment by the @boycharliefamily DCity Collective. The plan for all NCB contracts is to create income for small cities. This Guaranteed Income is promised to the contracted cities without effects from taxation and crime. The city is allowed to exist and hold it's wealth while building up the resources to bring in businesses and citizens. To revive the @onestrong city @boycharlieplays is promising SIM tokens from the contracted NFT to the @onestrong account.

Contract Overview
The @boycharlieplays BEER company contract is an expansion of the NCB idea from Mayor @boycharlieplays. This contract takes Breweries promised from the @boycharliefamily and geared towards a separate Hive-Engine Income. The 20 contracted breweries are promising their BEER token income to the @boycharlieplays city. The SIM income is promised to the "family funding" for allowing the city to hold the total amount of breweries available. For one week the @boycharlieplays city promises 180 SIM tokens daily to the @boycharliefamily "family fund".

Will the brewery lead to further BEER purchasing?
After the contract term date is up the mayor is unsure if they will continue with this contract. This would mean the workforce and business NFTs will return to the financial district @boycharliefamily. The mayor is going to consider the benefits of purchasing more BEER and storing for further use by the collective. BEER as a token is used to tip fellow creators and will be beneficial to general supporting around Hive.
