The Greatest Feature of Any Mancave: Family

My prized feature of my mancave is my wife @lturner. We work together to raise this family, keep the cave neat and tidy. We've been given a big task together, civilizing these little barbarians into the image that God designed for them, that they may be pleasing in His sight.

Then there's my oldest daughter who is 7 and is becoming a very good reader for the other children. She also can count to 1000 with ambition to count to 100,000 someday.

Then there's my little one, who swam in the water for the first time at the beach last week. She discovered she really likes the water! She also completed her first coloring page almost completely by herself. That's a big accomplishment for little hands.

Then there's the sunshine, my little one who brightens up the room with her energy. She has a new-found joy of fireworks this year - not surprising, she's a little firecracker!

And my boy, who likes trains, trucks and noodlesticks (uncooked spaghetti). He wasn't a big fan of the pool, but after visiting the beach, discovered that he likes the pool, sort of like a big outdoors bathtub. He says "so much fun!"

My youngest likes to growl, she says "grrrrrr" when she greets us in the morning. I think it means "good morning". She is discovering solid food and she hasn't met a taste she didn't like... although some of the weeds in the lawn aren't the best. Her first tooth poped through, I bet it's sweet!
