So, I've come again with a new digital portrait that I've done today and this time I worked on a portrait of Lauren Cohan, a British-American actress who is famous for taking part in The Walking Dead tv series or maybe she is famous to me for that series. I like this lady so much and she is so beautiful. So, let's checkout what I did with her portrait.

This is the digital portrait of Lauren Cohan and I've found the reference photo from here.

I digitized it step by step without the help of any tools that can make it automatic for me.

One of my art processes with a video.

I used Adobe Illustrator CS6 to do this. I used the pen tool for the main parts of the art but I had to take help from some other tools as well.

Steps/Process.

At first, I drew the eyes and eyebrows where I've used around 10 colors for the eyes only.

Then I worked on the shading of the nose and the lips. I really liked the lips after I've finished it. The lips themselves needed around 9 colors for a nice shading.

Then I started working on the face where first I've done the deeper part of the right side of the face and then I worked on the other side with a part of the ear. This whole thing's gonna change after you see it with the hair.

So, yeah then I worked on the hair and I really liked this work of mine after I've finished this much as the hair gives a fantastic look to the lady, I guess. I've used only 4 colors on the hair and then I've drawn the neck as well where I've used a total of 4 colors.

After I finished working on the face and the hair, I worked on the dress and the hand. I've used around 7 colors on the dress. Then I used black color for the background, and I finished it by adding my signature as a watermark.
