Logo Design Process - BreiloxiaRecorder

Brief Details

As always, i created this logo in illustrator. The project is about an recorder application for mobile phones with core focus on light weight and high quality.
It was a really fun logo design to create. I started the design process with a simple rounded rectangle shape. Next, i created a border around the rounded rectangle shape to turn it into a hollow shape. Next, i added a small circle inside the main body shape. Next, i created a shape that represents focus. Next, i created a simple circle shape to represent the action button. Next, I created 3 thin rounded rectangle shapes and placed them where i wanted them to be so as to represent the phone holder. Next, i merged the shapes into one and added the color to complete the logo design.
