New sketch: Black lives matters.

Good morning everyone,

With a heavy heart I made this drawing and I titled it "Black lives matters". At first I didn't want to make the sketch telling myself I'm in Africa, I'm not in America but then I looked at myself and I realized I'm also black. We all are the same because if I travel out of the country today, there is no differentiating between Africans and African-Americans. We all blacks.
Even at home here in Nigeria we still suffers brutality from ourselves. Just a day after Georges death, Tina was killed by a bullet from a police officer. As if that wasn't enough, Uwa a 22years old girl that went to church to read was raped, brutalized and killed. This breaks my heart heavily. We are just surviving from the COVID-19 and as if the virus killings arent enough, we ourselves are now killing each other. All these made me decide to make this art.

This art is an art of Hope that their is light at the end of the tunnel. We can all do better, we can choose to live and survive together. Enough with the killings.
