Day 13 | "Rise" | Inktober2023

Hello guys, How's everyone? It's me again Ish for another art entry for Inktober 2023 and the fact that the challenge is near its end is the same time I feel losing of inspiration and motivation because I became distracted or doing something else so I noticed that I'm getting slower to finish my entries. I'm 5 or 6 days late now. HAHA XD but yeah I still keep on creating because my goal for this year is to finish this challenge. And I'm excited and looking up to Days 16 and 17.

Anyways, The theme or word for Inktober Day 13 is "RISE"

Story of the Art

Here in my country most of our farmers died or got killed protecting and fighting for their land ownership. For how many decades the value price of rice here went up but our farmers got abused by higher sectors and powerful people buying their product for a low and cheapest price. My art entry for this theme represents a dead farmer who rises up from the ground to seek peace and to defend his fellow farmers from the abusers. So I put the quote or phrase "Rice in Peace" in the tombstone.

Again, there was nothing much on the editing part I just turned it into black and white, fixed some errors and I highlighted the color of the blood and bones and lastly, I just put my watermark or my artist name.
