Drawing Raphael - the fourth member of the Ninja Turtles / Dibujando a Raphael – el cuarto integrante de las Tortugas Ninja

I know I was supposed to make this drawing a couple of weeks ago when I started the ninja turtle drawing saga in my own style, but I forgot that I was missing Raphael jajajaja, Raphael as you know is the most problematic and grumpy ninja turtle brother of the 4, as I remember from the series and cartoons he saw as a child he always had a fight with his brother Mikey, besides he always had problems with Leonardo for the leadership of the team, and well without more than adding here I leave you the process of the drawing and I hope it is to your liking friends:

Muy Buenos días hivers, se que debía hacer este dibujo desde hace un par de semanas cuando comencé con la saga de dibujos de las tortugas ninja a mi estilo, la verdad es que se me había olvidado que me faltaba por dibujas a Raphael jajajaja, pero bueno lo prometido es deuda y aquí tienen el dibujo de la ultima tortuga ninja que me faltaba, Raphael como sabrán es el hermano tortuga ninja más problemático y mas malhumorado de los 4, según recuerdo de las series y caricaturas que veía de pequeño siempre se la pasaba peleando con su hermano Mikey, además que siempre tenía problemas con Leonardo por el liderazgo del equipo, y bueno sin más que agregar aquí les dejo el proceso del dibujo y espero sea de su agrado amigos:

PROCESS / PROCESO

First of all I made a very simple sketch with thick lines just to have an idea of what I would draw, then from that sketch I detailed much more the line to not make mistakes later on with my drawing and paint everything much better.

Primero que nada hice un boceto muy simple con líneas gruesas solo para tener idea de que dibujaría, luego partiendo de ese boceto si detalle mucho mas el lineado para no cometer errores mas adelante con mi dibujo y pintar todo mucho mejor.

I started painting everything very carefully, first of all I painted Raphael's skin with a Kiwi Green tone to make it look different from the green colors used previously with my other drawings, I also added some volume sizes in areas of the face, neck and so on, I also painted the front part of Raphael's shell with a half opaque yellow color.

Comencé pintando todo con mucho cuidado, primero que nada pinte la piel de Raphael con una tonalidad Verde kiwi para que se viera diferente a los colores de verde usados anteriormente con mis otros dibujos, añadí también ciertos de talles de volumen es zonas del rostro, cuello y demás, también pinte la parte Frontal del caparazón de Raphael con un color amarillo medio opaco.

Then I continued painting what would be the band on his face, as many will know the color of Raphael's band is red and I used one that looked very similar to the one I remember from the cartoons, I also painted the Sais daggers in a medium gray color, giving the steel appearance of these weapons.

Luego seguí pintando lo que sería la banda de su rostro, como muchos sabrán el color de la banda de Raphael es rojo y use uno que me pareció muy parecido al que recuerdo de las caricaturas, también pinté los puñales Sais de un color gris medio, dando la apariencia de acero de estas armas.

Then I finished painting Raphael's shell from the back, for this I used a very dark green shade, to which I gave some volume as you can see, besides that I gave other details of depth to the shell to look a little better.

Luego termine de pintar el caparazón de Raphael por la parte de atrás, para esto utilice una tonalidad verde muy oscura, a la cual le di cierto volumen como pueden apreciar, además de eso le di otros detalles de profundidad al caparazón para que se viera un poco mejor.

With Raphael's colors well defined I proceeded to make a good background to my drawing, for this I used a thick brush to paint very well all the background of a scarlet red color, then in a new layer using the airbrush with the color orange paint a kind of cloud which blurs a little, then stretch certain lines to look a little explosive and then blur a little more to have this result.

Con los colores de Raphael bien definidos procedí a hacerle un buen fondo a mi dibujo, para esto utilice un pincel grueso para pintar muy bien todo el fondo de un color rojo escarlata, luego en una nueva capa utilizando el pincel aerógrafo con el color naranja pinte una especie de nube la cual difumine un poco, luego estire ciertas líneas para que se viera de manera un poco explosiva y luego de eso difumine un poco más para tener este resultado.

Finally, I did what I have been doing in my last drawings, adding some additional shadows and glows to better complement the drawing.

Por último hice lo que he venido haciendo de costumbre en mis últimos dibujos como es el añadir ciertas sombras y brillos adicionales para complementar mejor el dibujo.
