Have you ever had a feeling that your brain is trying to conquer you? As if you are immersing you in things that you are not very interested in? Our brain is quite interesting, and sometimes a way to fight it is to act on the contrary and deceive it.

Here are 10 tricks to overcome the little games our brain plays with us and to do what we want.

10. Try to Stay Healthy Instead of Submitting Your Desires

Even when talking about cakes only, how surprising is your appetite swell! Don't let your brain fool you! To curb your hunger, choose to start with healthy meals before unhealthy meals. For example; Connect with a habit you do every day (like doing sports). The more positive things you reward your brain with, the more useful things for you will pay off.

9. Streamline Your Life Instead of Getting Stuck on Trivia

There's a mess in your life created by things you don't need, you know that. Whenever you attempt to clean, you can not throw any of them. Whenever you take one of your belongings in your brain; "Throw. Maybe someday it will be needed. ” Does his voice echo? Pretty familiar, isn't it? It is very interesting that everything you touch causes such a feeling of ownership in your brain. Now let's consider the opposite; What if you lost everything? What would you buy again or give up? If you make it a habit to think in this way, you will prevent such unreasonable exits from your brain, and this will benefit you a lot.

8. Live Today, Instead of Thinking About the Past Days

No matter how productive the day you have had, it seems as if hours before bedtime are not enough. In fact, this is partly related to how our brains perceive time. But you can translate it in your favor. The more information your brain processes, the more time you feel. In order to live the day longer, try to get information regularly, for example; keep learning, meet new people, discover new places, learn a new skill. You will be very astounded to see the distinction.

7. Try to Finish Your Business Instead of Postponing

Your brain usually doesn't want you to finish any work. It worries you about things that go wrong, and in the event of danger, it will be the first to leave the ship, making it harder for you by keeping you from what you have to do. Luckily, in some ways, you can fool your brain for more. For example, you can achieve this by using different lighting or by bringing a new perspective to your goals (such as thinking about long-term benefits). Look at this through other bad habits and don't let your brain make bad choices.

6. Make Friends Instead of Enemies

When someone treats you badly, it is very difficult to think positively about it. It is easier to become an enemy instead. If you are not very intimate (for example, this may be your boss or your sister's sister), you can fool your brain to love them. Try working on a task that can bond with them. If the enemy is the party ready to be cut, you can fool their brains by offering them a favor.

5. Always Focus on Positive Things

Does a tiny event ruin your whole day? Here your brain is trying to fool you again. Likewise, your brain can make you love something you hate. Don't let this ruin your whole day. Because it does not cover a small incident or a wrong beginning whole. Try to remember your beautiful and positive moments, stop thinking negatively. But sometimes it's not a bad thing to look at things from a negative point of view.

4. Make Realistic Decisions, Not Optimists

While your brain is generally prone to negativity, some exceptions are not gone. If you are looking for something or if you want too much, it is usually the opposite. Because expectations make you more happy than the actual results. E.g; You can imagine winning the lottery, you can hope for it, but you always think that other people will die from smoking. Do not fall into this trap, as this will make you make bad decisions. Likewise, don't let the options you care about confuse you with the options that are presented to you. Your brain is very prone to reconcile two things, even when it is clear that it is not so.

3. Save Money Instead of Scattering Your Money

Saving money is more difficult than you think. We all know that we should do this, but as soon as we receive money; "How should I spend it?" we think. Your brain immediately forgets what it is like to be broke. While the stores try to trick you into getting something, your brain won't help you. Is it a solution? Tricking your brain to get better habits in terms of money. Obtain new monetary mantras (condition your brain, saying or doing something constantly) and do not leave this habit until your brain gives up. Try to save your money in your savings account. But mostimportantly,” Do I save? ” or "should I spend it?" Remember that he stands between the dilemma. If you set a clear goal in your mind, your job will become even easier.

2. Be Happy

Everybody wants to be happier, right? Be that as it may, it is consistently simpler to state than to do. Instead of solving the concept of "being happier", try to solve things that will make you happier. Even simple things like doing sports, sleeping well or going out more will make you unpredictable. Remember, small changes make huge differences.

It is no wonder that our brains compel us to be self-centered, but at times this can have quite harmful effects. For example; You think that you have never made mistakes and are perfect, only bad things happen due to bad luck, and for some reason traffic flows in the opposite lane, not always in your lane. Unfortunately, your brain is trying to trick you again, don't be fooled. The best thing you can do is not get caught up in such strange things.

Lastly live life happily without any stress and all your wish will come true.
