Back to business, and moving forward

These are strange times. The last few months months have been a strange mix of uncertainty and unreality. First we had the COVID-19 crisis. The day we left Mexico on the way home, 21 March was the day the border was closed - not in the direction you would think, but rather by Mexico to travelers from the US.Events followed in a rapid succession - the fears of crisis, the models that predicted massive casualties, casualties actually happening - though on a much lower level.

And then George Floyd was killed in Minneapolis by police attempting to arrest him. And it was as if the pandemic disappeared. Mass protests, looting, cities on fire - we ended up in a country at war. And perhaps the same conflict is raging worldwide.

I feel guilty for not covering this - I was just a bit overwhelmed.I kept trying to decide what would be the most important topic that I would need to cover - and that kept changing all the time. So I just kept collecting materials - and writing nothing of my own.

This is about to change. I have some ideas, I believe there is a lot that people need to hear that they will never get from the mainstream media and even much of the alternative media. I do believe that information - and information in general - is the most important currency of the day. I believe much of the suffering we see now is a result of lies that were used to convince people of unreality. It is time to end that - and I intend to work on that.
