Greetings from @elosolezama, today I want to share with you, what is the method of preparing spaghetti with smoked chorizo, you will surely find many recipes, but I prepare it my way.

Ingredients:

Smoked Chorizo
Tomato
Onion
Garlic
chili pepper
Chives
Celery
Pope
Carrot
Short Spaghetti
Dressing
Oil

First of all, cut the smoked chorizo ​​into small squares.

Then a portion of the garlic to use cut it very small and and a portion of the chives, place it in a frying pan, add a pinch of marinade and a tablespoon of oil, turn on the kitchen and start to fry the garlic and chives, add the chorizo ​​to the ends of frying it and that it can cook the fat that it has along with the garlic. The smell it had with just the fried sausage is incredible.

On the other hand, the remaining tomato, chili, onion, celery, garlic and chives blend it and place it in a pan. This mixture is brought to a boil.

Carrot and potato, also cut into small squares, and first add the carrot to the mixture of the liquefied dressing, this because the carrot needs more cooking than the potato, then add the fried chorizo. it was allowed to boil and finally add the potato.

Place the salt to taste and cover the pan so the potato will cook and the smoked chorizo ​​stew will end. The sauce was quite flavorful and the smells are appetizing.

After the spaghetti was cooked, it was mixed with the stewed chorizo.
