Hello Hive!

I guess it is appropriate to post some hairy butts bees as a first Hive post, right? :)
I have waited 2 days for the things to calm a bit around and start to work properly. But it is time... time to start in a new, better place. Or is a continuation of what we started years ago but under new address? I see my favourite people in my feed. I see projects slowly adapt and move. I see people comment and hang out as always. I even see my whole post history! It is all encouraging and makes the transition a lot easier. Yet it feels strange.
It is strange to leave Steem and I do feel sad about how it all went. I was hoping for a long time for a peaceful solutions. But after observing what was happening week after week, and that there is way to reason with a certain someone, this was probably the only option left for us. Now a certain someone can have his Steemy and do what he wants with it.

Back to the bees. Those are shots from previous year that I found. I dont have my beeds from this year though it is nice and warm and they are definitely not locked in quarantine. But we are... so wandering around with a camera for no reason really is a no-no.
So jealous now... they enjoy the grass, flowers and sun... We have around 20 degrees C in Portugal already and this is the best time to go for a walk. At least for me.

On the bright side - I have more time to take care of my plants now. They all got repoted, fed and put in the right places. I see many of my cacti growing nice fatty buds. Maybe some bee will come visit.

Stay safe everyone!
Enjoy Hive :)

We really need to import some bees from your part of the world. There are more red ants than bees here!

hahahah Now that we mostly stay at home I don't even see the bees. Hoping some will fly to my balcony flowers one day. That would be cool!

Welcome aboard @ewkaw, I am sure we all have a lot of mixed feelings but hopefully this will turn out to be an even better place!
