I wonder how long before the shops start closing through lack of revenue...I'd imaging they still need to pay their commercial leases for their floor-space and can't see how they are doing so with little-to-no customers.

In our city I am sure while covid is still here more and more shops will close especially this time when the positive cases is rising every day. There are already a lot of people who lost their jobs.
If they will open their sales can’t be enough to cover their expenses especially the rentals, too bad.
I think the worst financial Times are yet to come. 2021 will not be a happy year for many people I think. We'll see...Maybe I'll be proven wrong.
I think you are right but honestly? I am hoping for a miracle to happen.
