Hi guys! I continue my blog about a musical trip to Bulgaria.

Everything is going well. We went to the mayor's office and got permission to perform in the city.

Everything is very simple.

To get permission to perform in some city, you just go to the mayor's office and ask where you can get it.

Then you say what you are playing, what additional instruments you will use, where you will play and at what time.

Then they sent me permission by email. Basically, I can show the digital version and not print it, but it's better to print it.

How it look:

The police came up to me. But everything is fine, we had a great conversation. They said that you can't play at lunchtime from 2 pm to 4 pm, and everything else is fine and left.

Everything else is good. Varna is a sweet and very soulful sea city. We were already on the beach and swam with our dogs) I'm dressing the dog in a suit and performing with her))

Glad to hear you!
How are you? How things in Israel in general?

Here in Bulgaria calm environment now. I don't know how long its be, but hope everything be a good.

Here I meet peoples form others high-level countries who immigrated to Bulgaria. Bulgarians say that Bulgaria the poorest country of EU, but for me its good country with good opportunities, good climate, people and the main thing, low level money to start. For example, in Ukraine, the standard of living is two times lower, but the prices are two times higher.

Here I meet Jewish from Canada who move to Bulgaria to live here. They sad that in Canada now is totally fascism. They told me really scary things...

So Bulgaria from now the most favorable country now. Not everything is perfect here (In some places, the "Soviet spirit" has been preserved.), but I understand their mentality. I am considering options to stay here, but with my Ukrainian citizenship it is not so easy)

Hope you are good)

Hey thank you. I'm doing find how fine it possible to be in this dark period of time.
Right now can't move much between countries for travel so suck here, working like crazy but also traveling a lot inside the country.
We had a full year of the anti corrupted government protest and finally succeeded to replace it with the new more promising but no one knows right now where the new wind will blow. Just hoping for better and staying sharp and responsive. The streets are here and we will go there with the same energy.
I heard also some bad things about Canada. A few years ago my kids were interested to move there so they learned and followed the news. The over liberalism may very easily go to fascism when everything is forced. Ant this right for every country.
My older son just spent a few months in Sofia in 2020 and return back to Israel at the first day of the forced law to stay in 2 weeks isolation after returning from every trip - it was on 21 March. He also loved Bulgaria and willed to stay there a little bit longer but the Covid changed this.
Do well and stay safe and connected my friend.
