Hello here Hadley4, Hive is a new beginning and the most appropriate is to introduce myself again, with a nice post (not that thing I did years ago), I know that many of you already know me, but maybe you don't know much about me or what I did before, so taking advantage of the dynamic proposed by @anomadsoul in conjunction with @blocktrades and @ocd I will give a little review of me before you, the community of Hive.

First of all I must clarify something that always causes confusion, I am a man, yes, yes, I know that my user name looks like a woman, but it is not, it comes from a juvenile book saga of which I was obsessed some years ago, it is The Lorien Legacies by Pittacus Lore, I adored the character's mascot since it was a Chimera and it could be transformed into any other creature, its name, Hadley, the mascot of number four.

Who am I, how did I get here?

I'm a young man named Carlos Contreras, I landed in this ecosystem more than two years ago, in January 2018 to be exact by recommendation of a friend, without knowing absolutely nothing about blogging (I learned a little on the fly) and much less about the crypto world (I still don't know much).

When I arrived at Steemit the first thing I thought was, - what am I writing about now?- I spent days reading the blogs of interesting people, with a lot of quality content, and they all said "publish and write about what you are passionate about". That prompted me to talk and give advice about a great hobby, mountain biking, this is the best post I ever wrote about it and the advice is still there (this one in Spanish) -> Tips for getting started in Mountain Biking (MTB)

But it won't be long before I get to what I do here today, art. I always liked to draw, but I was never too good at it, until I saw the beautiful contests that users like @juliakponsford , @kommienezuspadt, @opheliafu and some others made here.

My progress in drawing in two years

My first drawings on the platform were quite ugly, but it turns out to be true that practice makes perfect, although I am still on my way to that goal, I will share some of my drawings with you in a timeline, ranging from small drawings, venturing into graphite and color portraits, to digital art.

Enjoy the gallery.

There are many drawings that remain outside this gallery, these have been two wonderful years for me and my art, although I have not been very persistent, I have noticed great changes and I thank all those who have supported me throughout this time.

Everything evolves

Now we are part of this great leap that gives the community and I'm excited to see what will become Hive, only a few days have passed and I am glad to see that the platform arises and thanks to it return old users due to news and the impact that gives Hive in the cryptographic universe.

See you in a future post!

Thank You for Supporting My Artwork
