What is the shape of the young areca?

The picture above is a young areca nut that I picked in my garden. That morning I was sitting in front of the terrace, looking around and my eyes were suddenly fixed on the young areca nut in the tree, I thought, what's in that fruit? That's why I rushed to pick up the wood from under the tree.

I finally got some young fruit, because the ripe ones had been harvested before to be dried and sold to big buyers.

Finally I took a knife and cut it open, so that it looks like the one above. The contents in it have soft meat and tastes bland. But if you enjoy it when you are not doing work, you can just bite the ingredients hehe.

So in the middle of the meat, on the sides it is covered with a fairly thick skin, maybe because it is still very young, the meat is still quite small and in the middle, so it's different from old ones.
But what is certain is that this is very unique and really makes me entertained to enjoy cutting it.
