The Day Hive Went Live

Hive Is Live !

It was a beautiful day in my city yesterday, sunny and calm with the sky so blue. I was waiting for the Hive Blockchain to go live .....The weather could not have been nicer for the transition… it could only mean good omen for this blockchain to start operating. While most of us user are uncertain or can not decide whether to stay on Steem or migrate to Hive, that is the big question. I chose for decentralization , that is why I am here.

Despite the pandemic/crisis in my city, people still move around, there is no one to stop you from doing so. But what are we to do outside? The districts maintain a semi lockdown and the shops are closed. You could only shop for food at supermarkets, go to your doctor or buy medicines at a pharmacy. Everyone is told to stay home, contribute to the wellness of the community instead of getting infected and spread the virus everywhere. At times like these, a lockdown would mean more time at home to contemplate about life, family and friends, our future and the future of the children. And perhaps write post for the Hive platform.

As far as Hive is concerned, the devs and witnesses behind this Hardfork did a good job , we have to protect the blockchain from being censored. I just hope that users would decide for the Hive. I have been powering down my SP to buy Hives in the future. But more, let us contribute to the success of the Hive Blockchain by posting , interacting, get as much members in the platform and by supporting everyone.

Today, is a gloomy day since it has been raining and the sun was hiding…but, I saw these forsythia flowers blooming so nicely in front of my kitchen window… I know Hive will have a rosy future, just like the sunny and yellow blooms I am seeing right now.
