Aceh crab noodles

Last night we had Aceh crab noodles. Delicious but spicy, it takes patience to eat the crab in the noodles. It feels like fighting robots or aliens from other planets from outer space who came to this beloved earth. Acehnese really like to eat noodles, Aceh is known as the province of a thousand coffee shops, and at every coffee shop (in front of it) there are always noodle sellers.

Generally, Acehnese people like to spend time in coffee shops, they chat while drinking coffee, then when hungry they order noodles. There are many variations in serving the noodles, such as prawn noodles, beef noodles, or crab noodles. But I can be honest that crab noodles are my favorite. The crab noodles are even more delicious if they are spiked with marijuana seeds. But marijuana seeds are prohibited in Indonesia.

I noticed that in Aceh there is a lack of culinary delights, maybe everyday foods that are easy to find are noodles, egg martabak, fried goat curry. I think if you have enough money, then opening a culinary business is a good idea in Aceh. Several business people have come from outside Aceh to open a culinary business here. But so far noodles have always been the favorite choice of Acehnese people.
