INTRO

Hello good day friends, greetings to you all from the ocd community, and I want to use this opportunity to thank all the curators for work well done, you guys have massively contributed to the growth of this community, and have helped many writers like me improve in writing quality contents. You guys have touch lives through your incubation initiative, am one of them. Thanks OCD for all the effort.

Before I continue what is international nurse’s week? It’s a week set aside by the international council of nurses (ICN) to applaud and celebrate commitments and bravery of nurses around the world and make sure the invaluable contributions of are globally recognized. Nurses lead very demanding lives. Working with doctors, healing patients, and educating the communities are just a few of the responsibilities nurses perform daily. In fact you could also say nurses are the backbone of our healthcare system, providing us with the attention and medical care we all need to live healthy.

Sometimes being a nurse can be exhausting at times, but the knowledge and power to help heal others are what keeps them going in challenging times. And while nurses are strong spirited, positive and focused, they need a little pock up once in a while.
I want to take some time to celebrate with all the nurses all over the world, today was marked out by the United States as a day to celebrate all nurses. Mhen this guys are trying, I mean they are doing great. It is not easy you know! I can tell though my sis is an upcoming nurse, why did I say so? Well she is still schooling. Let say in the next one year she will be out and will be fully in the hospital. Even as she is still schooling I still see the stress she passes through to write test, exams or do practical.

At times she will go out and come back feeling very sad, she will say they did practical’s on a man and carried out operations on him, away from that she always make sure all her family members are healthy she makes sure we eat on time and can spend hours lecturing us on good hygiene, seeing the way she took care of us I can’t help but say her patient will really enjoy her. She has qualities of a good nurse am also celebrating her.

Doctors not only nurses, should be celebrated it’s not easy like I said earlier, due to the love for their profession some of them loss their life, when they were busy attending to covid-19 patients. So they should be celebrated. Today marks the grand finale of the 2021 international nurses week, here is a quick one to all the nurses out there… REMAIN CALM! THE BEST IS YET TO COME.

So in honor of nurses week, and to those who make sure we, and the people we love are comfortable, spending countless hours caring for us.
