We mostly live through our heads

A well known fact it is that Where your attention goes is what ultimately grows from a general saying, positive thinking yields positive results and vice versa. Wallowing in self pity and sadness for a long time over several betrayals and the evil that has been done to you could actually bring someone deep down into the shadows of depression.

The long term attachments or made up scenarios fuels the unhappiness inside an individual in this category and might grow and transcend towards your daily output and productivity. Nobody or no therapy could help except if you live through this boldly; do this by living through your own head, constantly quieting your mind.

Seems pretty simple, but its one of the hardest thing to after trying to cut addiction. A mindset not everybody could exercise, so simple and yet very complicated to utilize.

So much of our lives is lived withing our heads and the thousands of crazy imaginations that's comes into it fueling most of our pains and sorrows alongside our real life travails.

I've lived through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened - Mark Twain.

Another fact is that, most people like Mark had encountered several ups and downs and lived among enemies disguised as neighbors and compatriots, these are the people you love but they try to bring you down for no apparent reasons or for a few ones, and several people in this circle often act as role models or best friends, preying on the gullibility of the unsuspecting ones. This is why it is disheartening when you find out its someone close to you that is responsible for your woes!

Needless to say, we still worry about things that'll likely never going to happen, alongside the ones that have happened. And if eventually we encounter those challenges, the preparatory anxiety doesn't usually serve us well, it makes the blow hits harder. Rather than wishing for what we do not want, let's show up fully and live presently without fear of the unknown.

The most important part of living is taking one day at a time regardless of what pains you are currently enduring, it is the one that counts the most; instead of planting seeds of doubt; it is way better to be positive and cultivate a habit that looks beyond present moments, create a space for hope to grow and win!

A saying that goes way back says: "who ever can not change the or situation of things, shouldn't worry much about it". Because if you are still concerned about it often; this things began to change your mentality and could erase every trace of positive outlook. Stop living in the fear of the unknown, now is the time to shift perspective and focus on the abundant potential and possibilities that are in existence. This is the place where your Thoughts, Actions, Words, Relationship with people and Efforts matters most.

Finally, quench every fire of worry, Worrying only has one result; decaying the mind and body to a less healthier state with zero results!
