"We make our plans and then life happens"!

065.JPG

How's this for making a plan?

Something told me to keep an eye on this entrepreneur and I followed him for a little way. He obviously has a distance to travel latching on the shopping trolley with one hand.
Now we know that at times those trolleys have a mind of their own and they will turn right when we want to turn left hahaha.
Let's follow him!

068.JPG

Looking good thus far and I thought wow, this is a good plan!

069.JPG

Now and then the trolley behaved like it had too much to drink 🤣

071.JPG

But the guy had a firm grip on it and he firmly pulled it back into line!

073.JPG

Ooops! As I thought those trolley's don't take kindly to being jerked around Lol.

074.JPG

So the guy pulled over to have a discussion with the trolley 😜

Now if you still have a long face after watching this, cheer up as tomorrow is Friday.🤣
Great that this guy selected the quiet roads to travel on and it was a good plan, if only those trolleys were not so hard headed.
But I guess that's the way that we learn things in life.

I also had some troubles with those trolleys occasionally, until I went to see the Trolley Union and since then the trolleys behave 🤣

I just hope that a good friend of mine @johannpiber who is currently thinking to get saddle bags for his Harley motorbike doesn't think about trying this solution.
Those trolleys don't like speed and if something had to happen the poor trolley will spend days in the hospital 😄

There was unfortunately nothing that we could do to help the guy, as a bicycle and a trolley will not fit into our small car!

And That's All Folks!

Trolley with put to good use, no number plates, a mind of it's own, no license required!

Seen a couple of these go down a road with the body of car, well four actually one on each corner being steered over a robot going to work many years ago in Jacobs factory area, never laughed so loud for so long in a long, long time....

Have an awesome day, as they say, make a plan and get it to work!

Hahaha, I would have loved to see that sight Lady joan.
We can certainly design some weird transport modes in Africa.
Some guys cut old cars in half and they convert it into donkey carts.

I just thought this guy with the trolley was funny today because the trolley designers could never have thought that a trolley could be used in this way hahaha.

Blessings and thank you!

Haha, actually I had some fun thoughts of hang a trailer to the bike, but my poor little baby Harley would have to work hard to pull a trailer up on a mountain 😂 lol
Nice find my friend - some ideas of people sound great, but then life happens, as you say 😉

Aha! You know that I had you in mind when we saw that guy.
I am sure that your bike can pull something light that has the weight of two or three saddle bags.
But of course it all depends on what you put in them.

My wife for instance would even try to fit the kitchen sink in there if we were to travel hahaha.
She packs our small car for a trip so full that only my eyes stick out lol.
Her back is sore because her handbag is so heavy. I am sure that she has a chemist and one or two shops in there.

The people here are very inventive, sometimes it works and sometimes it fails my friend.
Such is life!

Blessings and thanks!

Good morning @papilloncharity,

I didn't have any time yesterday and when I wanted to work on the Hive yesterday afternoon I saw that PeadD has reset the draft of my almost finished AlphabetHunt post. That was annoying and I logged off to go for a ride instead.

Now I have about 1 hour to make a few quick replies and hope I'll find some time in the afternoon to work on the post.

I thought that you had me in mind when you took these photos ;)
I'm dreaming of a camper van, but only a small one for everyday use, and there would be a kitchen sink in it too 😉
I also tend to pack more things than I need, and my photography backpack could be half as heavy as it is, but you should have a look into my wife's handbag - I only reach into it if I really have to 😆

Good morning Sir Johann.

I wish that I could go for a ride when Iam troubled and hope that you get the post sorted.

Maybe you are thinking about something like this?

2639379383_ff959a4bc4_b.jpg

Some of them even have small kitchens, toilets and showers inside.

Regarding the handbag issue, nope, I never stick my hand in there, one never knows what is breeding inside hahaha.

Cheers and thanks!

Yes, something like that would be what I'm thinking of, but that's something for the future :)

I told you that they have showers inside!

roadtrek-stand_up-aisle-shower.jpg

Now don't get any ideas for the future, as I am only showing you the shower inside the van lol.

I think it's better to wear gloves when you want to scratch for something inside that bag.
And I think that there's so much stuff in there that you will never find what you are searching for hahaha.

Cheers and thanks!

That's a nice shower curtain though 😉
You are right, even my wife has to search for a while and sometimes she don't find what she's searching for 🤪

Hahaha, I didn't mean the shower curtain and you know that, but I will like always forgive you lol.
The funniest thing is to listen to woman seaching in her handbag.
"You, know, I am sure that I put it in here, but I cannot quite remember, but it just has to be somewhere in here".
After an hour of searching; "Oh, I found it, I forgot that I put it on top of the cupboard" hahaha.

Cheers and thank you!

Thanks for forgiving me, I mean the silhouette reminded me on my wife when she was younger, much younger 🤣
Right, because there are things in their handbags which don't belong in there and some other things I don't even want to know what it is 🤪

Oh my! Well at least I could give you some good "innocent" memories of a very long time ago Sir Johann. You are certainly one of the most honest guys that I know 😘

I can easily be honest here because I know that my wife doesn't know how to get on the Hive, at least I hope so 😁

Yeah, if one of the kitten is lost we know we will probably never see it again, because it's in another dimension 🤣

Well, best would be for you to start praying that you never hear these words; "Honey, I have been thinking, you seem to enjoy Hive and I think that I also want to give it a try" Beware, oh beware" Hahaha!

Hahaha, in the "lost item of the handbag" dimension! lol.

Cheers and thanks!

Well, if she'd ask I would give her the needed passwords, because she and my kids have their own accounts. I wouldn't tell her everything though ;)
After a few months on the Steem blockchain I thought I could convince them to have their own blog, but I thought wrong. Now they have Hive accounts and maybe one day they'll use them, who knows 😊

Do you know "Doctor Who"? The Tardis looks like an ordinary phone box from the outside, but is is a huge space ship inside 😁

Hahaha, no like my wife, I don't think they are interested, as they have their own things going on.
And not only our women, but I think your kids as well.
In the meantime you could always use their accounts as alternative accounts lol.

I don't know "Doctor Who", but I think I know what you are getting at, as for the little kitty, the inside of a handbag would definitely seem like some outlandish vehichle hahaha.

Cheers and thank you!

Yes, I think you're right, but I have a few Hive on their accounts and I want to delegate a few more. I have them on auto-voting and they will earn a few Hive each year. Even if the world is not ready for decentralized blockchain blogging yet, maybe in a few years it will be and they will be rich 😁

Doctor Who is one of the oldest but still running British scify tv series. The Tardis is the Doctor's time travel machine, but looks like a blue phone box from the outside. So the comparison with a woman's handbag suits quite well 😉

Yes, trail voring is what I meant - they vote when I vote 🙂

Watch it, but start with the first episodes from the sixties. Either you like it or not ;)

Empty a handbag once - you will see there's much more in it than you think. At least that's what I believe, but I would never try to empty my wife's handbag - it would be too scary 😉

No, no, no, they will put me in one of those funny jackets if I have to walk around with a wheelbarrow with the contents of my wife's handbag in it hahaha.

Yeah trail voting is good and I have just started it, but still struggling a bit.

Nah, no time to watch things and that's why we got rid of the TV.

Cheers and thanks!

Some things might even live and bite you if you let them free from the handbag 😂

I had a time on the other blockchain when I voted with all my accounts separately by hand. I don't do that anymore and they are voting with me, but I haven't set it all up on the Hive yet.

I don't watch a lot TV anymore. Mainly I watch YouTube videos about photography and nature, hiking, motorbiking and such.

Yech! Not a place for any man's hand to go my friend.
But then again I see that many men also have handbags nowadays to keep their make-up in lol.
I was also thinking to get some black lipstick to scare the kids out of their wits hahaha.

Not so easy to set it up on Hive, as many calculations are involded my friend.
My trail vote graph goes up and down like one of those old airoplanes hahaha.

YouTube takes a lot of data and we don't have uncapped data.
We work on a set sales package of xxx amount for a cash buy that lasts us on average for about 6 months.
Of course every time that it expires, the new 6 month package has escalated in price!
Because this country is more developed we pay more for data than all of our neighboring countries and the data price war has continued for years.

Cheers and thank you!

I have a few backpacks and I have to admit, that sometimes I find something I had forgotten, I have no lipstick though 😉

I don't calculate, just vote and try to be fair to all. My other accounts will vote 50 or 100% depending on their HP. If I was a whale I would count and calculate, because I'd get big money, but so I don't care if I get a bit or a bit more than a bit 😉

I understand. At home we have cable Internet with unlimited full speed. So we don't need to care, but away from home I have a mobile router with a Sim card which costs extra and where I have to take care how many data I use or it would get very expensive.

We are in the same boat on all 3 of your remarks here.

The thing is with the trail voting, as long as it brings something in its okay, but when it goes into negative dives I really don't like it.

We work permanently on that mobile router with a sim card and you are correct as it is very expensive.
They are now laying fibre cables here, but the monthly contracts cost much more than what our mobile router does. As we use the cheapest supplier and often the signal disappears, but we don't moan about it!

Cheers and thank you!

As soon as I have some more time I will go through all my Hive accounts and make settings which will hopefully work the way I want and bring something in, of course.

I wonder when the satellite Internet will start. I haven't read much about it, but I think it might be good, fast and cheaper, but we'll see.

Yeah, it's to make those settings that I strugtgle with, but I will eventually get them right hahaha.

Yes, I am really curious how this Internet will work.

Yeah, our second account is also on full auto, with only replies here and there occasionally.
But I so hope that it will grow bigger so that we can give more back.
Maybe I am going to lease another 10000 hive to make the payouts bigger, but we will see how it goes!

Would this internet be Web 3 that they are talking about?

Cheers and thanks!

On the other blockchain I had many ideas, but I don't have that time anymore. So "auto mode" is my only option.

Yeah, I think that more ideas will rise in time, that is also the same for hive, as it might pan out in a few years time if they cannot draw millions of new entrants.

Have to go now. Blessings and see you tomorrow!

Hahaha, I can only imagine what that cop was thinking.
I mean, here's a guy sitting in a bath mounted on ricketty wheels, bathing as he rides along.
The cop can write a whole fine book lol.

No helmet yes, public indecency, unroadworthy vehicle, no trike licence, nakedness, no driving licence, even for "ugly on street" hahaha
I am sure that you can think of more offenses lol.

But yeah, great fun indeed!

Cheers and Thanks!

I wonder what he would write. Maybe the vehicle is street legal in Russia and he doesn't know that ... cops don't know every law, some only pretend they do 😉
Nakedness wouldn't be a problem I think - there's enough foam 🤣

Hahaha, are you perhaps saying that cops are dumb??? According to my experience with them, they know every trick that we try like a book lol.

Cheers and thanks!

No, at least here you have to make several tests, which include intelligence tests, and only the best are taken. And not all of them finish the 2 years of training.
But you said "experience". Experience, humanity and knowing he is just a normal human too makes a good cop in my eyes.

Such laws are everywhere, but different. If a woman is topless at a beach in Europe nobody cares, but if she was in the US she might get arrested. Well, some of the topless women here should be arrested to 🤪

You are so right, some think because they wear a uniform, that they are better than anyone else and they behave very aggressively. I have had a few skirmishes with cops in my young days.
But in saying this, there are also some very good ones.

We also have some "secluded" beaches here where women can go around topless, but we have not yet been to any of them, as there are too many people hanging around. I suppose the guys as there beacause they love nature hahaha.

Cheers and thanks!

It's like everywhere - there are good ones and bad ones, and I think it all depends on how you talk to them - as you call into the forest, it resounds.

Here they may go topless on any beach or public outdoor pool - that way nobody cares. We also have nudist beaches and areas, where some other people just walk by or through because they love nature, as you say 😂

Cheers and thank you!

I know what you mean and you are very right. Some are angry anyway and a smile can make them even more angry and aggressive, and some have their own private problems which they can't forget while they work, what might cause dangerous situations.

Oh well, the real beauty of nature is mostly hidden and you might only see the oldgrown beauties along the paths. I'm talking of fresh and withered flowers and gnarly trees, of course ;)

Absolutely correct and that's why it is so omportant for officers to receive debriefing sessions with caregivers.
But I am afraid that nothing like that exists over here and everyone is just expected to do their jobs.
But I might be surprised and something like this might be in place and if it is, I would like to know how many troubled cops make use of it.

Yeah, agreed, one has to have eyes that can see the intricate details in "nature" and to appreciate the different forms that nature can present to us hahaha.

Cheers and thank you!

My point is that it shouldn't only happen in energency or traumatic cases Sir Johann.
It should be compulsary for all police officers in all of our provinces to receive debriefing sessions at least once a month. That's only what I think, but I am no expert in these matters.
What I do know however is that trauma is bad poison for anybody if they keep silent about it!

Cheers and thanks!

I think in our quite peaceful country it would be too much, because what would one talk if nothing happened?
Any of our colleagues can consult our Peer supporters who are trained at any time, but I can't tell you how often it happens.

But I agree with you, in countries where the violence is more there should be other rules. And to talk about any (mental) problems helps.
