Her Pain
Those four words her lips pronounce unto herself
Her world has crumbled on her feet
Her burden is heavy
And she is bearing her cross
With pains, anger, and treachery
Treachery to the vows she once upholds
She seems immune
Yet vulnerable to the world
Casting her pains upon herself
To create her self-immunity
Oiling her head in her devastating moment
Living and facing the dark
For her vows she broke
But her mind she kept steadfast
To wipe her pain
Easing her stress
Pronouncing the antonym
Of the four words into her life
For she now believes
That she can be save
And she will save herself
Despite the multiple knives being thrown at her back
And the ocean of pain she swims in
