How much of html can you use in posts? is there like a cheatsheet of what tags are accepted?

How much of html can you use in posts? is there like a cheatsheet of what tags are accepted?
I think most 'formatting' html will be accepted. Things go a bit weird when you try to include 'meta' stuff.
