Exercise Upon Waking Up Feels Good!!!

I just finished my not-so-morning exercise... ☺ Not-so-morning because I started at 11:30 and now it's noon time. xD When I'm lazy, I usually wake up at noon, have lunch then prepare for work. However, these days, I wanted to exercise again so I wake up 30 minutes earlier.

I know it's not much, but I'm happy to sweat some calories off my system. As you know, my job is kind of sedentary and sometimes I feel tired so easily even without doing anything. To change this, I gave exercise another chance.

I used to do this a couple months back when I still worked in the morning. I exercised for around 10 minutes that time in order to wake me up. When I changed my work schedule (I work mostly until late at night), I felt too tired to get up earlier. haha

As you see, I am on the plus size, but my main goal isn't to lose weight. I want to increase my stamina and exercise my heart and lungs. I am asthmatic, so I can't do a lot of strenuous exercise... I even have to take things slowly so as not to have an asthma attack. haha But being able to exercise like this makes me happy.

Actually there are other reasons, too! There are a lot of things I want to try someday. One of my close friends asked me to do some activities with him the next time we meet, or when I visit their country. We're going to do various sports like cycling and volleyball... I also wanted to try a bit of baseball, so I would need extra strength to enjoy those things someday. :)

These are really good motivation as well. :) I hope I could keep this up and I hope my asthma won't betray me. hahaha I'd like to keep this up everyday, but if I can't at least 5 times a week would be great!

Also, I decided to avoid junk foods... but since I like it, movie night (Saturday) would be an exception. hahahaha oops... old habits die hard! 😎😋😭
