Partners Even in the Kitchen!!! <3 My Parents Made a Chicken Liver Dish!!!

Hello friends! My one day off is finished and I have to work again later. Well, that's OK. I won't work too much, yet... It's because I'm just using my laptop, and my ear hurts from using the earphones. T_T I hope the headphones I ordered arrive sooner than expected, though I doubt it because of the current situation. Anyway, I hope everyone is safe and healthy!

In this post, I am going to share some photos from the kitchen when my mama and papa were preparing for our meal. It was last Saturday when they made it, but I didn't post anything yesterday because I wanted to finish the anime series I was rewatching. LOL

Let me show you the finished dish below!!





Yay! It's chicken liver with potatoes and eggs. I actually don't eat chicken liver, so that's the reason mama and papa added eggs and potatoes on the dish. haha This is just another experimentation dish by them, but it was actually delicious.

I'm not into chicken liver or even pork liver because I don't like the texture. I like chicken intestine, though... so my mama finds it weird. xD

Now, let's take a sneak peek in the kitchen!








Papa and his big smile! He's trying to clean the liver by removing some fats and other stuff from it. We're only three in the family, but they're preparing a lot. The reason for that is because we're going to share it with some neighbors. <3 Sharing is loving... We have to, especially in this difficult time. :)








Here's mama with more liver! Actually, aside from that dish I shared above, they also prepared only fried ones as well.

Also, you might wonder why our kitchen is outside. The reason for that is our house is super small. hahaha The sink beside the dining table is so small and it occupies a lot of space despite it tiny size. So yeah, we opted to extend the kitchen outside. This way is safer too because our ceiling is very low and there's no enough ventilation inside. :)

In the future, when I can provide a house for my parents, I want it to have a big kitchen because they both enjoy cooking!

It was indeed a satisfying meal, even though I only ate the eggs and potatoes. haha Everyone who were able to eat the dish felt full and happy, so that's the most important thing.
