As the father of 2 girls, I don't escape fighting them to consume food that provides nutrients for their growing bodies.

If it was their decision that they should eat on the day, their diets would be based on sweets, cakes, pancakes and fruits. Sometimes I can impose my will and force them, but I can't always win.

One of those won batllas is that they eat broccoli, my wife and I have stressed how delicious we consume them and, in front of them, we say uhhh, how delicious broccoli are! To those who have been receptive and eat them with much emotion.

Last week, my wife prepared a broccoli chicken stew that was really delicious and the girls liked it very much.
