Hello friends

I hope you are all fine .I am fine here too. Here is the 54th day of lock down. These photos I took during a visit to Gagangir. Gagangir village is located in Kangan Taluka of Ganderbal district in Jammu & Kashmir, India. This is a small village situated on the banks of the river Sind. The number of people in this village will be around 2500. There will be 120 to 125 houses, big and small. Which is located in the vicinity of the mountain. As the snow melts from the mountains, the water flows down. From which springs are formed. And which goes further and meets the river Sind. We visited here during the winter. Due to heavy snowfall here in winter, the weather becomes spectacular. The water that is flowing in this spring is not water but nectar. It is salty and rich in all minerals since it passes through the mountains. Even if we drink such water in today's polluted times, all diseases will run away.

Looking at this village, it seems that this is a paradise. Scattered houses and these trees without leaves add to the beauty of this village. Trees that do not have leaves are amazing. The four months of winter are covered with snow here. Which enhances its beauty. The main occupation of the people here is animal husbandry. And few people are even involved in tourisem. These mainly include the hotel business and the travels business. The place is surrounded by natural beauty. It is also the center of attraction for tourists. The village is situated on the banks of the river Sind. Which is located on Srinagar Leh Highway. But during the winter there is a lot of snowfall which makes the highway closed for about 4 months. We also had a lot of snowfall during this time. But in the winter time, this place has flourished. During the winter, the place is covered with a white sheet and in the rest of the season, green grass grows here. But I would love to be here during the winter.

In this post, I am sharing photos of a small village in the lap of nature. The village feels like a paradise in winter. But during this time a lot of trouble has to be faced. The main need of human beings is food and water. There is plenty of water here. But during the winter it turns into snow. Once you get imaging that your home has a tank of water. It is full of water. It snows a lot during the night and the water in the tank turns to ice. So how much trouble will you have the next morning. The condition of this village is also somewhat similar during winter. At first glance this scene looks like paradise but it is just as difficult to stay here. Which is about 4 months. I share with you beautiful photos from here.

Great photos.
In these small communities, people usually stick together. They have known each other for generations, are friends with each other and help each other.
