Cooking Gas bitterness.

Have you ever been disappointed when cooking at night and your cooking gas finished, while the food remains unfinished, and there's nothing one can do at that moment.

For most of you outside Nigeria, those with the privilege of having gas running through their homes, you won't understand the feeling.

Over here, we need to take our Gas cylinder to the Filling Stores, to fill the quantity of Cooking Gas, we wish to purchase, before we can cook. So if the Gas happens to finish at night, and no Electricity to continue the cooking on the Electric cooker, sorry to say, the cooking will be left pending till the next day.

This happened last night to My Family and I. I decided to express my bitterness for this sad truth on my blog.

I went to the Gas store today and bought cooking Gas. I hope in time, Nigeria will be blessed with the privilege of having Gas running through our homes, since our Electricity isn't constant to rely on.
