Love, DON'T Own

To love and own someone, you must be ready to give the person 100% of you. And if you can't do that, you would have to restructure your choice, control your insecurities, your overprotectiveness. You must be ready to condole the things you might not really like or rather still, let the person go

That's a lie says the voice in my head. I know we could always love a person but not give them 100% of us. Loving someone is different from owning them.
If you love someone, you lay down what makes you happy for the good of the other.
It wouldn't always be about you and what you want but what the other person needs too.
And if this can't be met then you are probably owing the person not loving him or her.

I don't even wanna talk about many failed marriages and relationships because this is one of the reasons. Either one or both parties didn't actually love themselves but played the owning game.
And when their individual needs and desires aren't met, it resolves into fights and finally a breakup or break apart.
If you truly love a person then you will realize that they can't give you 100% of them, if they do, what about themselves? At least be kind enough to spare just 20% if not 30% for themselves.
One person must not always lay down everything while the other goes empty-handed.
Learn to love and love in reality and not try to own a person.
