The way to be happy, It is about knowing and understanding yourself, besides all the experiences and reactions you have in your life, you should always observe yourself in your sorrows and joys, your aim should be only to know yourself.

As the babies complete their development in the womb, they breathe through the umbilical cord, as the time of birth approaches, small breaths begin to train the lungs, but it is possible for the lungs to actually activate after birth.

After the umbilical cord is cut, the mouth and nose are cleaned and the way to breathe is opened, and the lungs are filled with air, the first crying sound is heard and the journey to life begins.

In other words, we come to the world crying, and with this voice, we delight our families with joy, because this is good news that everything is fine.

Life can make laughter from time to time, as it makes us cry from time to time, and the important thing is that we can live our sorrow while we are sad and enjoy our joy when we are happy.

In order to lead a happier life, it is necessary to be at peace with life, so you can have a more enjoyable and happier life by taking the suggestions below into your life and providing integrity with them.

1. Give Priority to Yourself

Give priority to the subjects and events that belong to you, your life is good and bad, which will make you happy first. Selfishness is everyone's right, one should first think of himself and be able to direct his life in line with his own wishes.

From time to time, we accuse each other of “you are very selfish” whereas everyone is selfish and that is the nature of life. Nobody can make another happy without making himself happy.

2. Change Your Perspective

Looking at life from the same direction axes your progress, different events and people addressing from the perspective allows you to understand others as well as your personal development effects.

3. Set Your Limits

You have a responsibility and set your limits to use your own free will in life and to design your own experiences. If you cannot determine your limits, you can see that the spaces you leave blank are violated by those who do not know the limit.

You can leave impressions about where your personal boundaries start and end with your behavior, which you have shown in your relationship with your spouse, friends and people around you. In another form of expression, we can summarize as follows, If you do not want a thief to enter your home, lock your doors, if you do not want the flowers in your garden to be plucked, surround it with fences, and if you do not want your loved one to be taken away, show it enough affection, love and care.

4. Observe Your Life

Observe your life like a storyboard, what you have dreamed of, what you are experiencing right now, if you are not happy, you are just alive. You wanted to be a mother, but now you only have children, you wanted to be a woman in love with her husband, but now you are just a married woman, you want to be loved and loved, but now you are alone, you want to grow old happily now, but now an old man?

If you're struggling with a lot of negative emotions like these, some things aren't going well, but you're not late for anything, re-aim, sow your intentions with your desires and desires, reap them with your intelligence, and then put them all into action.
You will see that you have created wonders in your life.

5. Get Rid of Your Bad Habits

You may have bad habits that have captured you in your life, but you don't have to carry them as a hump on your back for life, get rid of all of them and relax. For example, if you smoke, you can try quitting, even if you do not succeed, you can try again and again and you can observe where you have made a mistake every time and delete it all over again, you can even get help in this regard. Just ask and try without getting tired.

This and things like that can be something you want to get out of your life, and even just being aware of them will guide you.

6. Dispose of Your Things

If you are working at home or at work, give someone your belongings that you own but do not use or take them out of your life in any way. All kinds of clothing and other items that you do not use weigh in with negative effects on your life. When you get rid of these, you realize that you are getting lighter. If your wardrobe only has the clothes you love and use, you can rearrange the settlement there and have the opportunity to find what you are looking for more easily and to be more organized.

7. Take Time for Your Friends

Being together with the people you love from time to time gives you energy and happiness. You can spend your free time by making small trips with your loved ones, the shares you will experience here will have positive effects on your life and increase your fitness.

Although the above suggestions are just a few to make life happier, you can review your life and make discoveries that will make you happy. Just ask for it, knead the dough of your life in your hands as you wish, but before it is late.
