Smart contract to honor Li Wenliang (Coronavirus)

COVID-19 as WHO names this strain of coronavirus is beginning to scare me. The rate at which people are contracting the disease is very alarming. Good for me, there is no case of it in AFRICA as of the time of writing. My fear is if it gets to Africa, it will spread faster than it has spread in the other parts of the world.
Tribute to Dr. Li Wenliang, if the government had attended to his call at the early stage, thjs would have been contained early. Thanks to the blockchain technology which has made it easy to document and keep his research in a way that it would not be altered ans at such honouring him.
