Everyday behaviors resulting from childhood trauma.

Human behavior is one of the aspects most studied by society itself, as several factors show that it can change overnight, causing the individual to transform his or her thinking and the perspective he or she holds of society itself.

What we experience throughout our childhood, is usually like a scar that indicates positive and negative experiences, which force us to live with what we experienced before and to consciously or unconsciously transform our future behaviors, it is as if before carrying out an action, we were already programmed for a single option for which we must decide, which is why it is important to emphasize the great weight that our childhood has on us.

Many behaviors that we acquire are the result of actions of our closest people, or even not having those people with us, a great example of this can be seen in today's society where we see people who have lived with insecurity since childhood due to a situation caused by their parents, siblings, friends, etc..

At some point in our lives we have had to come across cold people, without empathy and that we usually catalog as people "without feelings", this is usually the result of a difficult childhood, which generally causes an armor in the individual to feel protected, because they do not find a place where they can externalize their emotions and thoughts.

On the other hand, in people who have had a hard childhood, there is a great attachment that is often confused with "obsession", since they tend to cling to others (whether they are convenient or not) to feel safe and somehow to be able to feel love.

It is important to be aware of certain behaviors that we can currently see but do not know how to differentiate and say that they come from childhood traumas, as we often normalize behaviors such as anger, rejection by society, melancholy, insecurity, among others, which are signs of childhood traumas.

Every behavior we are expressing now is one way or the other related to our childhood experience.
