In our life we are able to feel thousands of emotions and / or feelings that makes us who we are, since many of us can live day to day according to how we feel, and likewise be identified as reflected, because in everyday life we can find people who show happiness, love, as there may also be others who reflect sadness or hatred, it all depends on the person in question.

One of the strongest feelings and that causes greater damage in a human, is hatred, either for himself or for the people around him, this is shown as hostility, anger and resentment towards a particular individual and is a feeling that is usually lasting and intense.

Now, being this feeling one of the strongest and most lasting, the following question arises:

Why does hatred arise?

This feeling arises similar to love and can be justified or not, this depends on whether some situation was experienced that gave rise to hatred through the actions of a specific individual or simply came out of nowhere without any apparent cause.

Hate has been studied as much as love, because it is said that they are two feelings that arise almost identically in the cerebral cortex, even so there are differences that have been observed in cases studied, which is why when loving someone it is very easy to hate them in some situations, since these feelings are similar to occur in the same place but blocking different locations of the brain.

On the other hand, we can affirm that hatred is one of the most dangerous and harmful feelings for society, being one of those that causes anger and uncontrolled the individual in situations where it is exposed to it, causing aggressiveness and blocking the reasoning of the person and making it prone to lash out against any person or object.

Can hatred cause disease?

When we feel hate, we experience sudden changes in our body, giving rise to an increase in various hormones such as cortisol, causing an alteration in blood pressure, which over time can cause heart disease, similarly happens with the digestive system, since feeling anger causes ulcers.

In summary, hatred is a feeling that harms the individual who gives rise to it, which is why it is best to try to forgive, in order to live a full and happy life.

It is true, many people who bet on generating hatred towards others are unaware of how toxic this feeling can be, capable of inflicting harm on other people in the same way that it can affect themselves, both physically and psychologically.
