You shouldn't give any excuse that you lack time, and that's why you are unable to exercise, because they are exercises that you can do at your work place and literally anywhere to stay fit and healthy. In today's article, I will be sharing with you all, one very good office exercise, that you can start practicing today.

Shadow Boxing

This yet another excellent exercise that you can start practicing at your work place. This should be one of the best exercise you can be practicing at your work place, because it is a full body exercise, that works every part of your body, from your head, shoulders, core, chest, hips, to your legs. So, this is the most perfect exercise for anyone that doesn't have the time to hit the gym. You need no equipment, just your at hands and there's no fear of you hitting anyone or getting hit by someone and it can be done anywhere and at any time. According to a well known boxing instructor, Cole Williams;

Shadow boxing is a great full-body workout with minimal impact. Every punch is like a pulley system, working your hips, core, and shoulders—just shredding your body. This workout can be done at home, in the backyard, park, gym, and hotel room. The only thing you need is an open mind! No equipment necessary. Just have fun!

We sometimes get stressed or angry at something at our work place, but the good news is that, we can release the negative energy by shadow boxing. Just move away from your desk and good to somewhere that have little activities, maybe the toilet or walk to a stair well or go outdoor. Then just start throwing punches in the air, while you are on light feet and moving. i.e bouncing up and down. This is one of the best indoor aerobic workout routine, because as you are throwing punches in the air, it increases your breathing and heart rate, similar to sprinting and whenever our heart rate increases, it activates our body's fat-burning mode, hence, shadow boxing can help us get shredded. So, start practicing shadow boxing to be shredded, fit and healthy.

I have heard about shadowboxing before, but never tried it before, it might be a good way to exercise for me, thanks for sharing.

A really useful article for me! Thanks! A lot of my colleagues go to office and face this sort of issues. But in their cases simple exercises didn't work and they eventually had to go to the gym and sometomes to use steroids to see really big changes.
