Exercise is very important if you want to be fit and healthy but we get restricted to exercise because we have little time to hit the gym or exercise at home, because we leave the house too early and arrive quite late and tired. But there's still hope for busy workers like some of you out there, because there are some exercises which can be practiced at your work place which will help keep you fit and healthy. In today's article, I will be sharing with you all, one very good office exercise, that you can start practicing today.

The Wall Sit

This is yet another simple exercise that you can practice at your work place. This is a perfect exercise which every one can practice at their work place. It is almost as it sounds, you have to locate a wall close to your desk and then stand tightly against the wall. When you have achieved this position, then try to make a sitting position, while ensuring your back is still tight against the wall. Ensure your buttocks or ass is in the air and also ensure you are not getting any external support helping you stay this position easily. Let me try and visualize this exercise position for you guys, it is as though you are sitting on a sporting bike, but no bike. Now imagine, how that will look like, you are like squatting but with your back tight against the wall. For those of us in Nigeria, this wall sit exercise was used as punishment for any student that misbehave during school hours. We don't call it wall sit exercise, we called it "Okada punishment", Okada in Nigeria means Bike, so it can also be called "Bike punishment". It was a scary punishment, because it works your core and thigh big time. This exercise is very good for our thigh, leg strength and core strength and it helps to burn lots of calories, relieve stress and also improves our muscle strength. This is a fantastic exercise for every office worker. Keep fit and healthy today, by doing the Wall Sit exercise while you are still at your work place.

Exercise is really good but sometimes inconvenient, I am a body builder and I have seen a lot of benefits from doing exercise, I am still trying to convince my siblings to also learn how to exercise too.

Great recommendation, and I must say that it is very painful, because as soon as I read your publication, I put it into practice, and I will tell you that I will continue doing it, because it seems very good and easy to do, in the sense that it can be done anywhere and it seems to me that it gives good results.
