Good day everyone! I'm beginning a new series, which will be very interesting, informative and educative, titled, Office Exercises To Keep You Fit And Healthy At Your Work Place. In this modern day, where we want to exercise but we don't have the time to do it. We leave for work early and come home late and completely fatigued out. This kind of lifestyle has made so many people not to be able to exercise daily. But what if you can start exercising at your office, won't that be great? It sure would? In this series, I will be sharing with you all, some unique exercises which can be done at your work place, without getting much attention when doing the exercises. In today's article, I will be sharing with you all, one very good office exercise, that you can start practicing today.

Tapping Your Feet

This is one of the most common and straightforward exercise you can start practicing today, to keep yourself fit and healthy. It's as you heard or read, literally tapping your feet. But you have to make it look as though you are riding a bicycle. One feet hits the floor and then the other fits the floor. I's like riding a bicycling but with no paddles. And if you are getting used to to this, you can make it a bit harder for yourself, by sitting down on your chair, and raising your legs higher as though you are cycling for the olympics gold medal. This exercise will make you breathe faster and sweat a bit which is good for your heart. It will also improve your legs muscles, making you feel lighter when walking, jogging or running. It always affects the waist region, making it more flexible. And lastly it affects the abs regions.

This is a very simple and very healthy exercise that you can start practicing today at work place or in your office space. If you are in your office i.e your work, where they are several other people doing their work. Tapping your feet do make quite some noise and that may draw attention to you which you won't like. So, you need to pull off your shoes and make sure you have either a carpet or rug at the area where your legs would be tapping. I will recommend buying a rug as it tends to absorb more sound than carpet. Pull off your shoes and tap your feet on the rug. Start slowly and then increase your pace rapidly. With time, you will notice quite some significant changes in your leg flexibility, abs strength and leg strength. Start tapping your feet today and keep yourself fit and healthy.
