I have seen some business men or rather still business owners over look this angle. They don't know that when you have workers under you and they are not working together, such business will have a poor progress rate. If such happens, then the reason for setting up such business has been defeated.

I was opportuned to do word to word discussion with some business owners on this topic some years back and their say and experience on team work tells it all that is very vital in the business field. With team work, achieving a set goal will be easier.

If you are a business owner, make sure that this principle is being preached in your work environment. No wonder Mr James one of those great entrepreneur I met told me that the stage he got to this stage today,because of how his workers impacted his business positively.I asked him how vital is team work in business. He replied by saying that when he started his business, he look for ways to grow his business so he asked another business tycoon who told him to look for possible ways to bring his team into the same umbrella. He say he has to think on what strategy to use on getting his team to be on same lane.

He is that rigid boss that does not know how to work with his workers, so they are all afraid of him. He scold them so many times, with such act. They are no longer feeling free to work with him, so they keep on putting lesser energy in the company's product. So this ends up yielding poor return for Mr James. With him knowing he his the course of his current issue with his business he called his workers and let them know he is now a changed man and after all the many talks, he ends up giving them surprises. He keeps doing this almost every 2 months and gradually, his company hits apex. From this story, you can see how vital team work is.

I met another great business tycoon who told me that he got to the stage he is by simply reminding his workers how vital team works is and he ends up surprising his worker with some token. He keeps impressing any worker carrying out the team work act . As he continues this act all his workers keeps up giving their best to the business, this ends up shooting his business to the apex height.

What about Mr Paul, he ran out of business because his workers are not in love with themselves. As the leader, he is seeing all this and refused to bring them together. It got to a stage, his worker started stealing his fowl (he is into pouktey business). Before he takes note and intrude, he is out of business. Assuming there is team work in the team, the need to steal wont be there.

Team work can be defined as an act of working together with the sole aim of achieving a given task. The moment you and someboy is working to achieve a given task, that is what team work.

Team work is one thing all business owners should practice. The importance is top notch. Below are some of the things team work can do for your business, they include;

i. Takes business to a new height: If everybody in your company have free mind towards each other and they are very supportive to each other, your business will surely be affected positively. They will like to give you a quality service.
