Focus On Your Brand Reputation

How are you all doing and how you all are enjoying the weekend. Today wasn’t really a great day here maybe because I was so moody throughout today but that doesn’t stop question/idea from flowing in. one question actually pop up today which was between brand reputation and marketing which on is more important and which one should you focus on. Actually many people always find it hard to know which one to focus on or work on the more. On my own part I will choose brand reputation, what about you?

Am not saying marketing isn’t that important, don’t get me wrong but your reputation is one thing customer/audience will surely want to know about and not your mode of marketing. Marketing deals with creating awareness and bringing in audience and customers but after bringing them in what will make them stay and keep coming back after purchasing your products, it is surely your reputation, and that can make them to be able to tell others about your product based on the good experience they got from it but if your product is a bad one or gave them bad experience the worst might happen and they will paint you bad. Here are some reasons you should work more on your brand reputation

It give you more recognition

What most business and brand crave for is to be recognize by many. Having a good brand reputation can really give you that. Customers will be flowing in especially when you focus on giving them the best experience. I know how I do refer people to some brand and company. There is even this engineer I do refer people to anytime they need computer product or software, he was faithful to his word and his product are really good. I was able to build this trust because he offer the best. That is one great experience that I will always stick to.

Your reputation will give you more Customers

That is main reason your competitor are gaining more customers than you. Stop keep wondering and focus on how you will build your reputation. Your business will surely be at stake when your customers start saying bad things about your business. Their influence will always go a long way, we all have witness it one way or the other, most times when you want to purchase a product from somewhere and someone prevent you from going there because of one bad experience or the other, even though you didn’t experience, you wont want to go ahead, instead you will go to another place recommend to you. Always learn to treat your customer right and prevent negative feedback

Learn to build your brand reputation, focus on them, those little memories or experiences your customers gain will surely go a long way, treat them right at most times always hear them out and be truthful to your aim and objectives of your brand. That is important. Till then, be safe
