Hello Dears!

Today in the morning I started a new bike ride. I followed the seaside road for a short tract and turned to the hills: I reached San Carlo Terme after a 3 kilometers climb and I came back to the center of Massa, from where I turned towards Forno. After a short greeting to an old friend met on the road, I cycled along the Frigido River and stopped at the fountain in Forno to fill some little bottles with water. Then, I came back home.
