I reckon you won't do too many long-runs, seeing as you run everyday. The time is very solid for an 8k

No, the idea is to be consistent and have fun. I do long runs occasionally on weekends. Strangely, during the lockdown there was more opportunity to run long.
Nothing strange about that. Was a period we all had ample time on our hands
