Just Run [Exhaust Running Report, June 13th 2020]
It was a strange Saturday. My son and I slept almost until the noon. I guess we needed the sleep.
The day was sunny and we used it for cleaning around the backyard. We also did something we needed to do for a long time. The cover photo can give you a hint about what this could be.
The run came last. Late in the evening, a steady run halfway into the Magpie's Valley, back and around the block. Just to keep the streak. I have some bonus miles already this month so every run doesn't need to be long.
Easy day it was.

These days it should be around 24 minutes when I force it.
In better days, ten years ago, I did my 10km PB at 38 minutes and something. Honestly, I don't know what my 5km PB is. It's not important since I am a zen runner now :)
