asphalt 7K in afternoon heat [Exhaust Running Report, July 21sth 2020]

This afternoon the plan was slightly different. It was arun from home to the sports park in Savsko naselje. The are has a bit of everything. Tennis, courts, skate park, small football field, children's amusement park and, our today's goal, professional trampolines.

While my wife and son went there with the car I took a run, of course.

The path was mostly asphalt with the section by the main connecting road and across the river on gravel.

After seven kilometers in a stready pace under a hot afternoon sun I came to the finish. I was soaked wet.

The reward was a can of delicious cold beer.

From the map you can see that the course today was mostly flat and to the south south. I didn't take the shortest way to the finish.
