sunny MV

A day-pace run into the Magpie's Valley and back. I turned at the end of the flat part of the valley. That said there were still 67 meters of climb. Not much yet better than nothing.

It was a warm sunny day at 3 pm when I finally took time away from the office work. The goal was to run under the sun. Another late-night run at 1 degree above zero wasn't an option.

The pace was what I call a day pace meaning the average was around 5:15 minutes per kilometer. It was a progressive pace, of course, since the valley climbs all the way into it. The return leg is easier, naturally.

Tomorrow? Who knows? At first, the plan was a track session. The plan has been changed to .. unknown at this moment. Let's see what life will bring us.
