New Activity Title _ Time for strength workout!
I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
I am super exhausted! It is super hot here and I didn't go outside for a jogging.
Instead, I decided to make a harder strength workout and now I feel super tired and full of energy in the same time. Is it possible?!
But looking on the mirror, I think I should stop eating sweets haha
