New Activity Title - Wednesday!

I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !

I really like my strength workouts!
Despite I am usually super tired after a long day, and despite I usually have a lot of stuff to after workout, that 1 hour is super precious to me!
I am following Sweat BBG programme by Kayla, but maybe you have something to suggest to me?
I am open to any suggestions :)
