New Activity Title - What about having some yoga break?

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 0hh:30mm:0ss !

Hello, Exhaust Community!
These days I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer. My eyes pain, my back sicks, a whole my body is not so happy.
So I decided to have a 10 minutes yoga breaks from time to time. And you know what? It works! I feel much better and I have more energy to work!

This is so important. I worked out of the home for 12 years and I had a fairly physical job since I was working in housekeeping. Now that I'm full time from home, I find myself hurting more than ever and it's because I don't move as much as I used to.

Even if people can't do Yoga, getting up and walking even just 30 minutes makes a huge difference.
