Aerobic Recovery

avatar

I just finished a 4.009km running that lasted about 0hh:22mm:1ss !

Today I had only 20' for running.
I decided for a short run, as a recovery of yesterday's harder one, done in fully aerobic conditions, mainly within my Zone 1 of Cardio levels.
I went directly to the closest park and there was plenty of people doing some activity but not so many runners.

Seems that the "running fever" which came just after the end of the rigid lockdown has finally relaxed and only the consistent runners remain, which is good... less runners, less traffic for me :-).

At the end, it has been 4km in 22', run at an average Heart frequency of 12t7 bpm.

Keep on running!

Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 9 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 37.34 kms at an average pace of roughly 7:36 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.492min/km!
Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work!

Takes a level of discipline to go for a 20 minute run when you could simply choose not to. Not just discipline, passion too
